Make sure the customer is happy and comfortable. Work quickly and handle many tasks at once. Help and organize communication between Emirati patients, their families, and the clinic staff.

When a patient or visitor comes to the clinic, say hello and welcome them.

Register patients according to the clinic’s rules and steps.

Manage incoming and outgoing calls, assist clients by transferring calls, answering questions, and providing information.

Make sure the reception area is clean and looks good, and that it has all the needed items like pens, forms, and brochures.

To help all front office workers do their best, teach, guide, and train them.

Helps patients with their needs and helps them finish their tasks in different departments.

Pay attention to what patients say about the clinic, both good and bad, and work on those issues.

Give patients information, help solve their problems, and recommend services.

Listen to and answer patients’ questions about hospital rules, what they do in the hospital, and their rights and responsibilities.

Runs surveys to find out how happy patients are.

Watch over patients and visitors and make sure they are happy.

Help patients complete any necessary forms, including insurance papers.

Call potential, existing, or new Emirati customers to share information about products, services, and offers. ready at the clinic.

Watch what happens before, during, and after a camp.

Talk to the center manager to find local groups, organizations, and places that can help grow the business.

Set up a health camp with the help of the local government, communities, and other groups.

Make and use different marketing plans for our business to attract new customers and keep the ones we already have.

Team up with the marketing group to spread the word about the services and facilities our clinic provides using different marketing methods.

They help make sure that patients, visitors, and staff understand each other clearly.

Read and understand Arabic texts, and translate them when needed.

Make sure to work with local and federal authorities to get help when the administration team is needed.

Make sure to provide great care and help to keep patients happy.

Make sure that patients wait a short time for their appointments.

Make sure that documents and papers are kept in the right place and taken care of properly.

Check the insurance claim form. Prepare the claims before sending them to the scanning department for submission.

Get and check what patients say.
