complete job description We are seeking a remote-minded HR Manager. The HR Manager is in charge of managing all aspects of human resources, such as hiring, employee relations, performance evaluation, training, pay, and policy creation. Developing, overseeing, and putting into effect business rules that guarantee compliance and foster a healthy work environment are key priorities. Primary Accountabilities: Oversee hiring activities, including advertising job openings, conducting interviews, and assisting with onboarding new employees. Match hiring to the demands of the business. Employee Relations: To preserve a happy workplace, handle employee complaints, resolve disputes through mediation, and impose sanctions as necessary. Performance Management: Manage the processes for staff growth and feedback, as well as oversee performance evaluation procedures. Policy Creation and Management: Create, evaluate, and revise corporate policies. Make that policies are consistently and successfully conveyed, and that they are audited on a regular basis to account for modifications in company or HR best practices. Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage payroll and benefits procedures, guaranteeing pay and benefit plans that are both competitive and compliant. Training and Development: Oversee staff training initiatives to foster opportunity for advancement, compliance, and skill development. HR Strategy & Planning: Work together with department heads and other important stakeholders to develop and put into practice HR strategies that support business goals. Pay particular attention to cost control, employee engagement, and workforce planning. Make sure HR efforts enhance worker happiness and corporate effectiveness. Metrics & Analytics: The position gains a strategic and results-driven element when it emphasizes the use of data to guide decision-making, assess HR performance, and enhance procedures. Qualifications: a bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline. five or more years of expertise in HR, specializing in HR strategy and policy management. strong familiarity with HR best practices and employment legislation. outstanding problem-solving, organizing, and communication abilities. expertise utilizing data analytics tools and HR technology platforms to expedite procedures and aid in decision-making.
