We are looking for a very experienced Planner who has at least 5 years of experience working on tall building construction projects. The best person for the job will be someone who can think ahead and has a history of finishing difficult projects on time and within the budget.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or something similar.
At least 5 years of experience in planning construction for tall buildings.
Skilled in using Primavera P6 or similar planning software.
Great at talking and getting along with others.
Good at figuring things out and finding solutions.
Can work well when it’s busy and can finish tasks on time.
A strong understanding of building methods and the best ways to do things in the construction industry.
It’s helpful if you have worked in the construction industry in the UAE before.
Main Tasks:

Create and keep track of detailed construction plans, which include a list of tasks, how to use resources, and identifying the most important steps to finish on time.
Use advanced scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project to make and handle project plans.
Work closely with project teams, like architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to make sure everyone is on the same page with the project goals.
Look for possible problems ahead of time and come up with plans to avoid delays and extra costs in the project.
Keep track of how the project is going, look at performance numbers, and create regular updates for the management.
Use strong change management steps to handle updates in the project.
Make sure to follow quality guidelines, safety rules, and contract requirements.
Guide and support younger team members in planning. Work quickly and meet deadlines in a busy setting.
Help with all operations and other tasks as needed, and do extra work at the site if necessary.
