Roles and Duties

Workshop Controller – looking for someone with experience working with Chinese or Japanese brands.

Measuring and checking the workshop’s Mu value skill levels helps us see how well we are using our resources and how efficient we are.
• Knowing the strengths and weaknesses of technicians helps assign jobs correctly and ensures work goes smoothly.
Make sure job cards, work-in-progress notes, and time tracking follow the dealer and manufacturer rules.
• Good at managing people.
• The workshop keeps to cleanliness rules set by the dealer.
The monthly online training sessions are finished.
The workshop inventory is organized with the tool keeper, and the records are properly maintained.
– Understand the important areas to check for business, manufacturer, and dealer standards (good points).
– The daily workshop/body shop quote is done following the labor rules.
– Good communication skills with the team leader and service reception/service advisors.
• Good car park for managing status.

• The monthly training sessions for web-based training (WBT) have been finished.

– A good way to manage parking lots.
