Roles and Duties

Do detailed research to identify possible clients and market areas that are a good fit for our products or services. Create simple plans to reach out to potential clients and talk to them, with the goal of showing them what we offer and finding new business opportunities.
Build strong, lasting connections with clients by understanding what they need and want, so you can offer them the right solutions. Be the main person clients talk to for questions or problems and make sure they are happy with our service.
Work together with the sales and marketing teams to create complete plans and methods to reach business goals. Use networking, cold calling, and other sales methods to find potential customers and turn them into sales.
Talk with clients to finish contracts and agreements. Make sure both sides clearly understand and agree on all the rules and conditions. Finish deals on time while reaching or surpassing sales goals.
Keep an eye on what’s happening in the industry, changes in the market, and what competitors are doing to spot any chances or risks for the business. Use market information to improve sales plans and adjust to changing market situations.
Collaborate closely with different teams inside the company, like product development, marketing, and operations, to make sure everyone is working together to provide value to clients. Share your thoughts and feedback from talking to clients to help make our products or services better.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar area.
Has a successful history in sales and business development (B2B) with at least 2 years of experience in education.
Good people skills and clear communication, able to connect with and influence clients and important people at every level.
Great at negotiating and convincing others, with a proven track record of making sales and reaching targets.
You need to speak both Arabic and English. If you know other languages, that’s a bonus.
A valid driver’s license and a car.
Ready to travel a lot and do sales work in different places.
Someone who is very eager to work on their own and takes initiative to get things done effectively.
Can work alone and also work well with others in a team.
