Set of working responsibilities
Handle Inbound Calls: Answer approaching calls from clients, giving data and help connected with our items and services.Make Outbound Calls: Start outbound calls to existing and possible clients to give data, lead reviews, and advance items or services.Customer Backing: Answer client requests, concerns, and grievances in a courteous and proficient way, guaranteeing client satisfaction.Issue Goal: Investigate and determine client issues effectively, raising complex cases to the proper division if necessary.Data Passage: Precisely record client communications and subtleties of requests, grumblings, or remarks in the CRM system.Follow-up: Direct subsequent calls to guarantee consumer loyalty and to assemble criticism on items and services.Team Joint effort: Work intimately with other colleagues and divisions to further develop administration quality and client experience.Adherence to Strategies: Follow organization approaches and methods, including call taking care of rules and secrecy necessities. Language Abilities: Conversant in Arabic (both composed and spoken); capability in English is an advantage.Experience: Past involvement with a call place or client support job is preferred.Communication Abilities: Superb verbal and composed relational abilities, with a solid client centered approach.Technical Abilities: Fundamental PC abilities and knowledge of CRM software.Personality: Cordial, patient, and ready to deal with distressing circumstances calmly.Problem-Settling: Solid critical thinking abilities with the capacity to think on your feet.Availability: Adaptable to work shifts, including ends of the week and occasions.
