Make sure to follow Dubai’s JOP Law and the rules for the community.
Keep the homeowner and occupant information current and manage service requests.
Encourage people to get involved in the community and listen to the worries of local residents.
Check community buildings and shared spaces regularly.
Take care of relationships with suppliers and check how well they are doing their jobs.
Watch over the buying process and the payments for bills.
Handle health, safety, and emergencies well.
Help organize community meetings, write reports, and share updates.
Help with making the budget and finding ways to save money.
Make sure to provide great customer service and quickly solve any complaints.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
At least 2 years of experience working as a Community Coordinator in any real estate or property business.
You need a UAE driver’s license.
We prefer people who can start right away.
Job Type
Full Time means working for the whole day or week, usually 40 hours or more.
