As a Female Telesales Specialist at Primedale Real Estate, you will be very important in helping us sell our services. You will need to find new customers, connect with them, and close sales over the phone. Your aim is to increase sales and help the company grow.

Main Duties:

Finding New Customers:

Find and create new sales opportunities by making phone calls to people you don’t know, meeting new people, and getting recommendations from others.
Keep the list of possible clients up to date.
Working with clients:

Reach out to possible clients to show and promote real estate options.
Create and keep good connections with clients by knowing what they want and like.
Reach out to potential customers and answer their questions to turn them into sales.
Sales Performance: How well the sales are doing.

Meet sales goals every month and every three months.
Sharing Information and Keeping Records:

Keep correct notes of calls, leads, and sales activities.
Give regular updates to management about how sales are doing and what clients are saying.
Understanding the market:

Keep informed about changes in the real estate market, property prices, and what other sellers are doing.
Needs:

Experience working as a phone sales representative in Dubai’s real estate market.
Able to speak English and Arabic/French/Russian well.
Can work alone or with others.
A strong desire to succeed, lots of energy, and a cheerful outlook.
A solid understanding of the Dubai property market.
Job Type: Full-time means that this job requires you to work all day, every day.

Salary: AED 3,000 to AED 4,500 each month.

Experience:

Telemarketer: 1 year of experience (Needed)
