Roles and Duties

The salesperson should be able to work with confirmed leads. He will reach out to potential customers by making phone calls and using online marketing. Great skills in convincing people, negotiating, and managing relationships with clients.

What you will do:

The Sales Executive needs to make sales by using online marketing.

– You will work with confirmed leads, follow up with them, set up site visits, and help close the deals.

Talk to customers to understand what they need and help answer their questions.
Explain what the project or services are and show how they work and what good things they offer.

The Sales Executive needs to take care of the clients at the location when the Sales team leader is not there.

Ideal Candidate Description

The candidate should be good at analyzing information and managing projects, and they should have a confident and lively personality.

– Must have a good imagination

– Great at communicating, skilled in negotiations, and good at managing client relationships.

– Knowledge in sales and marketing, with experience in selling luxury apartments (high-priced sales).

– Very skilled, driven, and focused on goals.

– Should be motivated and able to start tasks on your own, and have good time management skills.

· A history of regularly reaching sales goals.

The candidate should know about the city’s layout and be willing to travel around the city.

– Must have solid sales experience in real estate and be able to look at sales numbers regularly, set sales goals, and successfully complete sales.

Extra skills:

· Very good at talking and listening.

· Needs to be able to work independently.

– Should be hardworking and loyal to the company.

· Ideally, has experience working in the Real Estate field.
