Experience:

Having experience in online shopping is a big plus.

YOUR TASK
The Junior Manager of Online Sales helps increase sales and market share for online business accounts while following PUMA’s strategies. This job helps the Senior Manager of Online Sales a lot.
Duties:
Complete management of the assigned online accounts.
Be the main contact for online sales and manage assigned online accounts both inside and outside the company.
Offer great service and expert product knowledge every season, from the time we sell to when customers buy, based on PUMA’s goals.
Take part in and carry out seasonal online plans that help reach sales goals and profit targets.
Reach sales goals each month, every three months, every six months, and each year, and help with monthly planning for sales predictions.
Find chances to sell products online in bulk.
Work with the Customer Service Department to check on orders that have been handled inside, whether they are pre-orders or immediate orders, and to confirm pricing discounts and product numbers.
Check on customer orders for the season by keeping track of available stock and delivery information.
Suggest new options to customers by looking at available stock and restocking supplies.
In charge of managing customer payments and how payments move within the company – deciding on payment terms and discounts.
Fix unproductive business practices and make the customer service experience better.
Help the Senior Manager of Online Sales work with the Marketing Department to put seasonal plans into action. Help create and manage online accounts for seasonal marketing plans.
Work together and help with projects that involve different teams.
