Pyramids Health Services has been providing skilled home care by trained medical workers in the UAE since 2012. PHS received the highest level of accreditation in Long Term and Home Care from CARF (Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) International in 2017. We offer many services, including basic home nursing, special physical therapy, and medical care. We can provide care at home for a short time or a long time, depending on what each person needs. We are trained to get and use medical equipment that hospitals approve and that is made for home use. We make sure everything is delivered safely and smoothly.

This job helps with quality improvement efforts across the entire facility and within specific departments. This means checking and studying how things are done, making sure that quality management systems are in place, following rules and regulations, and doing inspections. Finding ways to do better and working with healthcare workers to make patient care and safety better.
Requirements
Create and carry out quality checks and programs to make sure we follow healthcare rules, standards, and good practices.
Do regular checks to see how well the quality systems and processes are working.
Find areas that need betterment and create plans to fix problems and improve results.
Work together with different teams to set and keep track of quality goals and how well we are doing.
Teach staff about ways to improve quality and how to use different methods and techniques.
Look into and fix problems with quality, incidents, and complaints, making sure actions are taken quickly and correctly.
Keep up with new trends, rules, and improvements in quality management to keep making healthcare better.
Take part in international approval and certification processes to make sure we meet quality standards and requirements.
Create a focus on quality and keeping patients safe in the organization, making sure that care is centered around the needs of the patients.
Work together with outside groups, like regulatory organizations and accreditation agencies, to meet quality standards and rules.
Keeping documents and records about activities that help improve quality.
Joining quality groups and meetings to share ideas and suggestions.
Make sure to follow health authority rules and standards, international accreditation, and other important laws and regulations.
Find, handle, and inform your boss and the doctor about any problems that come up. Fills out the right paperwork following the company’s rules.
Managing all activities related to International Accreditation (CARF), TASNEEF, ADHICS, and other audits and inspections.
Extra Information
Bachelor’s degree in any health-related field.
Trained or Certified CPHQ means someone has received special training or certification in healthcare quality.
3-5 years of experience, ideally in home care, in Abu Dhabi.
