Main Duties of the Head Bartender:
Helps ensure the food and drink department runs smoothly, providing guests with the best service experience possible.
Works with a team to make sure guests are happy and comfortable by quickly answering their questions.
Handles the tasks given for the job and makes sure everything is done on time and done well.
Follows the department’s plans and goals to meet the hotel’s targets.
Works closely with their direct report to make sure that costs and inventory are managed, and that productivity and performance goals are met.
Creates and keeps good working relationships while encouraging the company’s culture and values.
Makes sure that all laws are followed and that thorough checks and good practices are planned, carried out, and recorded for both internal and external reviews, and follows up as needed.

What the Head Bartender Needs:
Experience in working with food and drinks is helpful, but not required.
Practical approach with a positive attitude towards work.
I am dedicated to providing great service to guests because I love working in the hospitality field.
The ability to come up with new ideas and take responsibility for the tasks you’ve been given.
Being honest and having the ability to work well in a place that expects high standards.
Experience using IT systems on different platforms.
Good talking and listening skills.
