Find candidates by using different ways like job websites, social media, connections from professionals, and recommendations from others.
Look at resumes and applications to check if candidates meet the job requirements and qualifications.
Make initial phone calls to see if candidates are a good fit for the jobs and if they are interested.
Help set up and organize interviews with the people who are hiring and make sure the interview runs smoothly.
TEAM TRAINING AND GROWTH:
Plan and organize team training sessions by setting dates, keeping track of who comes, and keeping training records.
Help with daily HR tasks like welcoming new employees, handling employee issues, and managing benefits.
Help create and put into action human resources rules and processes.
Help the team keep employee records, make reports, and carry out checks.
Encourage a friendly work environment by improving communication and getting people involved.
Plan employee growth and manage their performance.
Keep employee records and the HR database correct and current.
Be the go-to person for employees with questions or issues about HR.
Help in making HR reports and papers.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Administration
At least 3 years of experience in the UAE as an HR Officer, mainly working on employee relations.
Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and rules about jobs.
The ability to manage private information carefully and thoughtfully.
Skilled in using HR software and Microsoft Office programs.
You need 3 to 5 years of experience in HR payroll, managing attendance, performance management systems (PMS), and operations, especially in the UAE.
Good understanding of UAE work laws, payment rules, and best ways to manage human resources.
Good at figuring things out and solving problems.
Great at talking and getting along with people.
Can keep sensitive and private information safe and secret.
Good at keeping things organized and noticing small details.
Good skills in using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Type: Full-time means it’s a job where you work all the time, not part-time.
Salary: AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 every month.
