RE One Properties is looking for a motivated and excited person to work in real estate sales over the phone and join our energetic team. The successful person will contact potential clients, learn what they need, and give them information about our real estate services. Telesales will be important for finding potential customers, getting property listings, and helping our sales team reach their goals.

Main Duties:

Call potential and current clients to tell them about our real estate services and to gather information about available properties.
Give clear details about the properties that are for sale, what they have, and why they are good.
Learn what the client needs and likes so you can recommend the right properties.
Set up times to see properties and meet with our sales agents.
Keep the customer database up to date with correct information.
Check in with clients to build relationships and offer continued help.
Reach or go beyond the daily and monthly goals for calls and finding new customers.
Help create and use good phone sales scripts and plans.
Take incoming questions and turn them into possible customers.
Work together with the sales team to create and make better ways to find potential customers.
Needs:

You need a high school diploma or something similar. Having extra training in sales or real estate is a plus.
You need to have experience in real estate.
You have worked as a Telesales representative, telemarketer, or in a similar sales or customer service job before.
Great at talking and getting along with others.
Good at convincing people and negotiating.
The skill to understand and explain complicated property information.
Good at using CRM software and other important computer programs.
I am driven by my own motivation and focused on getting results.
Can work alone or with others.
Speaks English and Arabic well.
