Job Description Summary
Pick up the phone and write down messages.
Answer emails
Handle email and letters.
Welcome clients and visitors.
Help keep the office schedule.
Help with billing.
Do data entry and organize files.
Keep track of office supplies.
Do other office jobs as needed.
An associate degree or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Experience in administrative or office work is preferred.
Having experience with MS OFFICE and Tally Sheet software is a benefit.
Computer skills
Skills for organizing tasks and managing time.
A calm and professional look.
Job Type: Full-time means you will work a full schedule, usually 40 hours a week.
Salary: 3,000 to 5,000 AED each month.
