Duties and Tasks
– Create and implement a selection of dishes that showcase classic Italian cuisine.
– Procure top-notch ingredients, including goods from Italy.
– Direct kitchen activities and make sure they adhere to health and safety standards.
– Guide and support new kitchen employees.
– Keep the kitchen clean and orderly.
– Work together with the restaurant’s leadership team to develop menus for different seasons.
– Guarantee that every meal is made to the utmost quality and looks appealing.
– Keep track of food stock and place orders for necessary items.
– Watch over the cost of food and strive to reduce waste.
