Business Development Executive

We are looking for a lively and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to help us reach out to companies and promote our soft skills training programs. This job is important for helping us grow and make a difference in corporate training.

Main Duties:

Find and reach out to companies that might want training programs for soft skills.
Build and keep good connections with important people and decision-makers in organizations.
Talk to clients to find out what training they need and create solutions that fit those needs.
Show and share our training programs with potential clients during meetings, presentations, and networking events.
Work together with the training team to make sure that what the clients expect matches what we provide in the training.
Keep an eye on sales numbers, create reports, and share information about market trends and customer opinions.
Go to industry events and conferences to meet people and share information about our services.
Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a similar area.
Over 2 years of experience in business growth, sales, or managing accounts, ideally in the training or education field in the UAE.
Good knowledge of what companies need for training, especially in soft skills.

Job Type: Full-time means that this job requires you to work for many hours each week, usually around 40 hours.

Salary: AED 6,000 to AED 7,500 each month.
