Application Development Manager

The ADM is also responsible for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading existing software applications. * This individual will apply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices to guide his/her development team (in-house or outsourced) through the development process.

The Role:

Develop and enhance the user requirements of our applications.
Taking responsibility to fix any issues raised by users/clients.
Collaborate as a team in achieving the organizational goals.
Make sure that every issue/enhancement is tested properly, and necessary document is prepared.
Work closely with development partners to deliver the services.
Involving with development activities.
Involving with testing/implementation and documentation.
Involving with requirement analysis, prototype/Wireframe development, application design and development with company expected standard.
Ensure smooth, fast and secure operations of all our portals.
Help the clients get the most value out of technology by showing them how to use the platform’s capabilities to solve real problems and help their business run efficiently.
Work closely with multiple groups such as Infrastructure, QA and various internal groups as the boundary expands.
Present project findings, conclusions and recommendations with peers and clients.
Ensure the best practices are implemented in every phase of application development.
Collaborate with users/customers to make sure that the smooth and effective communication is established.
Conducting code review and user.
Requirement:

Minimum 7 years experience in Digital Transformation and Infrastructure Development
Expert in O365
Web development experience would be a plus
