• Lay out the Emiratization plan for business regions.

• Handle issues of Graduate Learners or some other UAE Nationals and propose compelling arrangements.
• Guarantee that Graduate Learners are prepped to supplant expats.
• Draw in UAE Nationals to arrive at Emiratisation focus through going to Profession Fairs and shows.

Prerequisites
