Are you someone who likes to stay organized and pays attention to details. Do you have good communication skills. We want an enthusiastic Office Administrator to be part of our team. In this role, you’ll help run the office and also do some light sales work.
Main Duties:
Take care of daily office tasks like planning meetings, organizing papers, and keeping track of supplies.
Help with office tasks for the management and other teams.
Pick up calls, reply to emails, and manage messages.
Handle and keep track of bills, orders, and deliveries.
Help the sales team by following up with customers, sending quotes, and processing orders.
Keep customer databases and CRM systems up to date.
Simple sales tasks like answering customer questions and helping to get small clients.
Requirements:
It’s good if you have worked before in office administration, helping with sales, or a similar job.
Great at organizing and handling many tasks at once.
Good at talking and getting along with people.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowing some basic sales ideas is a benefit, but it’s not necessary.
Can work alone or with others.
