It is the responsibility of this position to enhance the dining experience in the assigned section and provide Rovers with excellent guest service.

The role’s primary objective is to provide prompt and courteous service while adhering to Rove Hotels brand standards. They are the frontline representatives of the hotel’s F&B department.

Principal Obligations:
Maintain accurate and complete knowledge of all products (food and beverage), services, facilities, equipment, procedures and policies, standards, promotional activities, business requirements, and other relevant information.

Offer assistance and a cordial introduction to the hotel.

Respond quickly and effectively to guest requirements.

Ensure that the POS accurately records all guest orders and transactions.

Upsell and suggest more to enhance the guest experience and boost the restaurant’s revenue.

Maintain effective communication with the bar and kitchen staff, passing along orders, special requests, and any guest-requested modifications.
When performing daily tasks, make sure that all security and safety precautions are followed. Treat all Rovesters with integrity and respect.

Minimum Requirements Degree or diploma in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field; high school diploma; or Common
Experience A minimum of one year of industry experience in a hotel or restaurant setting in another country.
Specific Skills and Knowledge for the Job Enhanced abilities in customer service It’s important to remember the menu and have a good understanding of the food and drink options. Skills for problem-solving improve communication abilities.

Experience in cash handling and cashiering are advantages, as are language skills.
