Duties and Positions · Possessing extensive aviation marketing expertise and the capacity to advertise the business in various aviation markets • Capacity to establish strong bonds with customers and business associates in the aviation sector to assist the fuel department · Arrange, assess, bargain, and draft agreements, spontaneous or competitive offers, and suggestions for the Management · Create demographic performance reports for clients, assess variations, and put a plan in place to reach the necessary goal. Examine the airport’s strategic location and reach out to prospective customers. · Pays close attention to industry requirements, assesses market circumstances and trends, and suggests margin adjustments as needed • Create a sales strategy, evaluate customer behavior, and keep up business momentum to face competition · Uphold and oversee the client’s database, disclose and inform the Management · Represent and promote the company’s offerings to prospective clients in order to increase market presence and exposure. · Keep an eye on consumer comments or grievances and take the necessary corrective action. Keep an eye on how exposed the customer is to terms, conditions, restrictions, and credit policies. Capacity to provide assistance and resolution in the event of a business conflict with clients or business associates Ideal Candidate Profile · Strong interpersonal abilities and proficiency in formal language • Excellent abilities in approaching, settling, and concluding business with customers · More than five years in the business • Comprehensive understanding of aviation marketing tactics
