Job Purpose: What the job is for or why it exists.

Making sure that all the tasks and steps needed for students to join the school go smoothly and are well organized.

Main Duties:

Showing parents and students the SABIS® Educational System and the school campus.
Managing student sign-ups, form submissions, and check-up tests.
Keeping track of information and numbers related to questions and sign-ups.
Checking in with parents about applications and what is needed for admission.
I will work with the Office Manager to make sure marketing materials are ready and given to the right people.
Making connections with embassies, schools, businesses, charities, daycare centers, government offices, and other organizations.
Signing up students for outside tests.
Talking to students and universities about college applications and admissions.
Taking care of records and other official papers needed by the Ministry of Education.
Sending final reports to parents and students.
Doing other related tasks or projects when they come up or when assigned by the SABIS® management.
Perfect Needs:

A bachelor’s degree in a related field or something similar.
You need to know English, and use the local language if needed.
Having more than 1 year of experience is better.
