We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Key Stage 1 Class Teacher to join our successful primary school team. The successful candidate will be expected to teach students of different ages and skills in the primary section of the school.

Basic Job Duties
A teacher’s job includes these responsibilities:

Teaching involves planning and preparing lessons, giving and checking assignments, and tracking how students learn and improve according to the school’s rules and guidelines.
Using information to help teach in the classroom, keeping an eye on how students are doing, and taking action quickly when help is needed.
Talking and meeting with students’ parents, including writing reports.
Being present at Parents’ Nights and Open Nights.
Keeping students well-behaved and organized.
Joining team meetings and other events.
Working together with a team to create rules and practices for our department, bring in new courses, and prepare and develop study programs, teaching methods, and assessment techniques.
Working together and helping with tasks to make sure the team runs smoothly.
Staying updated with new teaching methods, taking part in training opportunities, and working on improving his/her own skills.
Working together with support teachers in the classroom.
Preparing assignments for their classes when they know someone will be absent.
Taking charge of a specific part of the curriculum, managing tasks, or working on new projects related to teaching.
Doing other tasks as requested by the Head of Year.
Learning about the DSIB inspection guidelines and what great teaching and learning should look like in the UAE.
Backing UAE projects and respecting its cultural values.

Candidate Information
The chosen person must:

Must have the right qualifications and a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), which can include a Bachelor’s degree in Education (BEd) or a Bachelor’s degree with a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE), or something similar.
I have taught in schools that follow the British Curriculum.
Already live in Dubai, UAE.
The most important thing is to be excited about teaching and to share that excitement with students.
Experience in teaching young children.
Know what is needed for tests and evaluations.
Be a great teacher who shows excellent skills and helps students improve.
Works well with others and can share their great skills.
Stays updated on what is new and important for their age group.
Is eager to grow in their job and is open to training opportunities both within their department and outside to advance their career.
Great computer skills and friendly communication skills to work well with students and parents.
