The Job
The PRO is an important part of the HR and administration team. The job needs good organization and efficiency, as well as coordination with people inside and outside the company. It also requires a clear understanding of government processes in the United Arab Emirates.
Main Duties
Gather and share regular updates on all work and immigration rules from government offices to keep the HR team informed about any changes in procedures.
Making sure all new work visas are taken care of and finished on time.
Renew and update all work visas and job contracts to make sure all records are current with the Labor and Immigration Departments.
Help with and follow up on canceling employees’ visas.
Help with Emiratization needs.
Go to offices to get signatures, collect documents, and drop off papers to provide great service.
Help with verifying documents.
Work together with HR and admin team members from different parts of the company.
Go to company offices when needed for work.
Abilities, Information, and Experience
At least a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or law is required.
Can speak and write in English and Arabic very well.
You need a UAE driving license and a car.
You need to have 3 years of experience.
Clear and straightforward way of talking on the phone.
Staying calm and patient when things are stressful.
Great organization skills help make sure all tasks are done well and in the right order.
A team player who has a positive attitude.
The ability to focus on important issues and questions from the HR team.
UAE national candidates will be given priority.
