We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team.

Find potential customers and create new opportunities by meeting people, making phone calls, and searching online.
Looking for new chances by checking out companies and people. Making current customers more valuable while bringing in new ones.
Looking for new customers and making sales better.
Going to conferences, meetings, and events related to the industry.
Creating price estimates and project plans for customers.
Responsibilities:

In charge of hitting monthly and yearly sales goals.
In charge of building good relationships with key clients to increase revenue and keep the company safe from competition.
Make sure to meet or go beyond sales goals, cover your area regularly to reach all chances for sales, keep an accurate and current list of sales activities and predictions, help out current customers, and find new customers by following up on sales opportunities.
Have regular meetings with clients to check if they are happy with the service and to talk about any issues.
Needs:

A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a similar area.
At least 5 years of experience in business growth in the staffing or outsourcing field.
Can do well on my own, take initiative, and manage uncertain situations.
Skill to handle complicated projects and do many things at once.
Skilled in using Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to AED 8,500. 00 each month

Can you travel or move for work.

Abu Dhabi: You need to be able to commute regularly or be ready to move with support from the employer (Must have).
