Retail Sales Associate

Functional Title: Apparel Stylist and Floor Manager Reports to: Store Manager Department: Retail Job Purpose: As an integral part of the team, you will provide customers with an unmatched clothing experience on the sales floor by providing individualized attention and professional style guidance. Meeting sales goals, fostering teamwork, and improving the shopping experience are all part of your job description. Principal Responsibilities: Style and the Client Experience: Continually improve the experience of providing floor service for apparel by keeping abreast with emerging trends and merchandise. Know every product that is offered and every design label that is on the floor inside and out. Recognize the demands of your customers and recommend outfits that suit them according to their style, the season, and the event. Work together to enhance floor visual merchandising (VM) and styling with the help of the regional VM and styling lead, changing displays once a week. Respond to styling questions on WhatsApp and help build a collection of images and videos so that you can answer questions from customers on a daily basis. Lead the Cerise Loyalty Program on the sales floor, assisting the team in actively engaging with clients. Corporate Accountability: Take ownership of category and overall sales targets for the store. Give the floor manager meaningful input regarding product gaps and possible sales loss. Oversee sourcing requests for photo shoots with celebrities and the media, assess the results of these campaigns, and provide the team with insights. Floor Operations & Cooperation Among Teams: Assist the sales representatives in keeping the floor clean and the client experience top-notch. Showcase teamwork by accepting extra duties to guarantee a flawless client experience. To ensure smooth operations and communication, cultivate positive connections with the backend business and marketing departments. Job Type: Full-time
