Job Summary: The Site Engineer will manage construction projects from start to finish. They will make sure the projects are finished on time, within the budget, and meet the quality standards needed. They will work with different groups of people, handle resources, and make sure health and safety rules are followed.

Main Tasks:

Help with organizing and carrying out building projects.
Keep track of how the project is going and write clear reports about it.
Work with project managers, architects, and builders.
Watch over building work to make sure it meets high standards and follows the project rules.
Do regular checks and evaluations of the site.
Fix any problems or disagreements that come up at the location.
Read and follow technical drawings and plans.
Make sure all work is done according to the plans and requirements.
Make sure to follow health and safety rules at the location.
Put safety rules in place and make sure all workers follow them.
Handle the purchasing of supplies and tools.
Keep an eye on and manage building expenses.
Use resources wisely and reduce waste.
Put in place checks to make sure the project meets the required standards.
Write down any problems or differences and make sure to fix them.
Make sure everyone involved in the project can talk to each other clearly.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a similar subject.
Good understanding of building techniques, materials, and rules.
Great at solving problems and making decisions.
Good at keeping things organized and managing time.
Good communication and people skills.
Can handle stress and finish work on time.
