Job Summary:

Come work with us as a Sales Representative for our CCTV installation company. In this job, you will help sell SIRA security solutions to potential customers. We’re looking for a motivated person who loves technology and is good at making strong connections with customers. We will create the sales team based on the candidate, so the candidate should have experience. The salary can be discussed and adjusted.

Main Duties:

Find and create new business chances by actively looking for potential customers.
Use different methods like making phone calls, attending networking events, and researching online to create a strong list of potential sales leads.

Client Meetings: Have detailed talks with potential clients to learn about their security needs and create solutions that fit those needs.
Give expert help with our variety of CCTV and security items.

Know about the latest updates in CCTV technology and learn the features and advantages of our products.
Clearly explain technical information to clients so they can easily understand it.

Sales Presentations: Get ready and give engaging sales talks that highlight the benefits and features of our CCTV systems.
Handle client worries and doubts calmly and professionally.

Proposal Development: Make clear and specific proposals that fit what the client needs.
Collaborate with the tech team to make sure the solutions are correct and doable.

Negotiation and Closing: Work together to agree on contract details and prices that are good for both sides.
Complete sales and meet goals within set deadlines.

Building Relationships: Develop and keep strong, lasting connections with clients.
Give great help after a sale and be the main person customers can talk to with their questions.

Market Research: Keep up with what’s happening in the industry, what competitors are selling, and what customers want.
Give the team your thoughts on market trends and what customers like.

Requirements and Abilities:

Experience in sales is important, especially in security or technology.
Good knowledge of CCTV and security systems.
Very good at talking and getting along with others.
Focused on getting results and has a history of reaching or surpassing sales goals.
Can work alone and with others in a team.
A person who takes initiative and is eager to get things done.
You need to know about the local market and industry.
You need a driver’s license.
