Jobs and Duties
Build and keep good connections with clients, both those who buy and those who sell, while using tools and resources to find new business opportunities.
Keep up with the UAE real estate market, prices, and rules so you can give helpful advice to your clients.
Work on more complicated property transactions, such as business buildings, expensive homes, and properties worth a lot of money.
Use online sites like Dubizzle and Bayut to easily manage and advertise property listings.
Make sure that all deals follow the laws, rules, and fair practices for real estate in the UAE.
Negotiate for clients and give them helpful advice during the process.
Help the brokerage grow by reaching sales goals and finding new chances to sell.
If you can, help create and guide a team of real estate agents, making sure they do well and succeed.
Ideal Candidate Description
You have strong experience as a Real Estate Agent in the UAE property market.
Good at leading and managing teams.
Good understanding of the UAE real estate market, its rules, and important industry tools.
Great skills in talking, negotiating, and getting along with others.
Focused on getting results and achieving goals, with a dedication to earning money through commission-based work.
Great at making strong connections with clients.
