Make phone calls to potential customers to find new sales opportunities.
Answer phone calls from customers to help with their questions and provide support.
Check in with customers to make sure they are happy and help fix any problems.
Keep customer information correct and up-to-date.
Work with the sales team to find chances to sell more products or services to customers.
Keep up with information about products and industry changes to help customers better.
Give management updates on what customers like and their buying habits.
Always follow the company’s rules and guidelines.
Keep a friendly and professional approach when dealing with customers.
Candidate Requirements
You need at least a high school diploma or something similar.
At least 1-2 years of experience in phone sales or helping customers.
Experience in the immigration field is preferred.
You need to speak Hindi well.
Good at talking and reaching agreements.
Great at solving problems and handling disagreements.
