Job Title: Customer Service Helper

Smart Motor Auto Repair Center is searching for a Service Advisor to join our team. We prefer someone with experience in car dealerships or auto repair services, and who is good with social media. The best candidate will be the main link between customers and the workshop, making sure everything goes smoothly.

Main Duties

Welcome customers, check what their vehicle needs, and suggest any repairs that are needed.
Work with the workshop to make sure services and repairs are done on time.
Give price estimates and keep customers updated on their vehicle’s condition.
Work together on social media posts to advertise services and deals (preferred).
Use what you know from the dealership to handle service steps, warranties, and what customers expect (preferred).
Take care of follow-ups after service and respond to customer feedback.
Keep clear and correct service records and papers.
Skills Needed

Knowledge of car service and dealership operations.
Understanding how vehicle parts work and what repairs are needed.
Skilled in using service order and dealership management programs.
Experience as a social media representative or a speaker for a brand (preferred).
Good at speaking and writing in both English and Arabic.
Great customer service and good people skills.
Skills for fixing problems and solving conflicts.
Selling and Persuasion Skills:

Skill to suggest extra services and make convincing recommendations for more repairs.
Good at explaining technical problems in a way that customers can understand and feel confident about their choices.
