Primary Accountabilities: Maintaining Financial Records: Keep track of all daily financial activities, such as those involving accounts payable and receivable. In accordance with corporate policies and procedures, keep comprehensive and accurate financial records. Support the process of reconciling the general ledger by providing assistance. To guarantee the correctness of financial data, carry out routine account reconciliations. Contribute to the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation process for financial reporting. Assist in preparing financial reports for stakeholders both inside and outside the company. Invoices, payments, and expense reports are processed by accounts payable and receivable. Keep an eye on and pursue unpaid accounts receivable. Make sure that accounts payable are paid on time. Bank Reconciliation: To make sure all transactions are appropriately documented, carry out monthly bank reconciliations. Payroll Processing: Help with keeping payroll records up to date and processing payroll. Verify adherence to business policy and payroll regulations. Expense tracking: Keep tabs on and record business spending. Make sure all costs are appropriately and reasonably documented. Compliance and Documentation: Make sure that corporate policies and accounting standards are followed. Keep your financial records and documents current and well-organized. Ad Hoc Assignments: As needed, provide assistance with unique initiatives and ad hoc financial analysis. As needed, offer assistance to the senior accounting personnel. Qualifications: a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a similar discipline. one to two years of bookkeeping or accounting expertise. expertise with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.). strong grasp of financial reporting and accounting fundamentals. Outstanding organizing and detail-oriented abilities. the capacity to function both alone and together. strong interpersonal and communication abilities. proficiency with the Office Suite from Microsoft, especially with Excel.
