You need to have 1 to 2 years of experience in selling real estate in Dubai.
The best candidate should have connections with brokers both nearby and around the world.
Focus on goals to increase sales as much as possible.
Meet with potential buyers and clients who are interested in properties to present them with real estate opportunities.
Talk to clients to understand what they need and what type of property they want.
Supervise the making and approval of documents like buying agreements and rental contracts.
Help finalize property sales by making sure important papers are signed and payment is made.
Make plans for potential buyers to see a property before finalizing the sale.
Work as go-betweens for people selling property and those looking to buy, to help make property deals happen.
Keep an eye on the real estate market to find people interested in buying property. Then, try to persuade them to make a deal.
Keep in touch with clients to talk about future business opportunities.
Join workshops, meetings, and events to learn more about your job and meet new people.
Job Type: Full-time means you will work all the time, usually around 40 hours a week.
