complete job description Executive in Human Resources (Apply only if you fall short of the requirements!!!) Summary of Work: Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding are all part of the recruiting process that the HR executive oversees. By strengthening employee engagement, creating employer brands, and creating strategic talent management strategies, they serve as a liaison between management and staff. They also manage programs for learning and development to aid in the advancement of staff members. Primary Accountabilities: – Carry out hiring procedures, such as finding candidates, scheduling interviews, and evaluating applicants, in accordance with management guidelines. – Assist with a smooth onboarding process and manage personnel files and databases. Oversee attendance, leave policies, and communication with the PRO on new recruit visa processing. – Assist the insurance company with staff additions and removals. – Write job descriptions and update them as necessary. – Create and coordinate staff training initiatives, encompassing both internal and external training. – Complete performance reviews and manage disciplinary actions, terminations, and workplace investigations. – Create and update workplace policies, and make sure employees are aware of them and comply. – Continue to comply with workplace health and safety laws. – Plan celebrations and social activities for the team. – Monitor leave processes and study trends in compensation to ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations. Qualifications & Abilities: – 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter, HR/Admin. – A bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR management; HRM certification is preferred. – Expertise in Human Resource Management and comprehension of UAE Labor Law. – Excellent oral and written English communication abilities. – Expert with the Microsoft Office package. Superb analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. – Excellent time management, multitasking, and leadership abilities. Salary : AED 4-6K + Visa + Medical Insurance – Can join immediately.
