Our client, a well-known British nursery with several locations in Dubai, is searching for a qualified and experienced Nursery Manager for their Jumeirah branch.

Salary – Between AED 15,000 and AED 18,000 plus visa, health insurance, a plane ticket, and 27 days of vacation each year.

Hours are 7:30 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon.

Tasks and jobs

Make sure the Nursery provides good education and keeps getting better, mainly focusing on how well the students do.
Keep rules and steps in place to make sure children stay healthy and safe all the time.
Hire, assign, and train qualified workers following the rules of the Early Years curriculum.
Overseeing the workers at the nursery and making sure everyone meets the quality standards.
Making sure that lesson plans are ready and that they follow the British curriculum.
Requirements for Skills and Experience:

You need to have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a Cache Level 5 qualification.
At least 5 years of management experience, including 2 years in the UAE.
Has related teaching experience and ideally has teaching qualifications.
Job Type: Full-time means you will work full hours, usually around 40 hours a week.

Salary: AED 15,000 to AED 18,000 each month.
