Your job is to help create company rules and policies, and to ensure everyone follows safety and health guidelines. Checking on employers, setting up health and safety programs, and reviewing practices to make workplaces safer. This includes reducing unhealthy conditions, preventing dangerous activities, and avoiding job-related accidents. We also promote a culture that values health, safety, and the environment in our company. They also need to always offer great service focused on the needs of all the people involved.
The person applying needs to have knowledge or experience in these areas:
Help with carrying out the company’s rules and regulations, including programs, procedures, standards, guidelines, information, checklists, and record-keeping.
Check how companies are working at different locations according to company rules to find safety and health problems, and make sure the right solutions are put in place.
Regularly check all the buildings and facilities for the company’s clients according to the inspection plan.

Check the fitness of the facility to make sure it is ready, and give Fitness Certificates if everything is okay.
Check service requests and any changes to make sure all health, safety, and environmental rules are shared during service updates.
Help put the Company Violation codes into action when the company does not follow its rules and the federal laws.
Look into incidents, find out what caused them, inform the right people about the solutions, and check to make sure all solutions are completed on time.
Arrange for the NOC permits for company employees after checking the request and all the related approvals, certificates, and documents.
Make sure that regular testing and checks of important equipment and devices are done by a registered third-party company according to ENAS/EIAC standards. Also, check the certificates to confirm they meet the inspection requirements.
Check the client’s emergency plan to make sure it follows NCMEA rules. Make sure everyone, including clients, knows what to do and is prepared for any emergency. Answer fire emergency calls during and after regular work hours.
The applicant needs to have these qualifications:
You need to have a diploma or a bachelor’s degree from a recognized school, especially in Engineering, Science, Safety, or Environmental fields.
NEBOSH International General Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health.
Valid driving license from the UAE.
At least 3 years of experience in health, safety, and environment (HS&E) work in factories, oil fields, or construction sites.
Able to speak English and Arabic well (preferred).
Very good at talking and writing clearly.
Good understanding of health and safety rules and procedures, as well as important workplace safety requirements.
Current knowledge of health, safety, and environmental laws, rules, and guidelines related to work.
Good skills in analyzing problems, solving them, and making decisions.
I’m self-motivated and pay attention to details. I can identify hazards in different work situations.

The ability to stay calm and respond quickly during emergencies and in stressful situations.
Be sure of yourself, fair, and straightforward when giving tough news or making choices that might upset people at first.

You need to be in good shape because the job requires a lot of walking and visiting places like factories, businesses, construction sites, offices, hotels, and shops.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office (like Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and projects) and other needed programs.

Salary: AED 15,000 to AED 20,000 each month.
