Capabilities :-

– Pertinent tertiary qualification(s); BSc QS liked.

– Proficient Capabilities, for example MRICS

– 10 years’ involvement with all aspects of amount reviewing including cost arranging, amount take-off, planning of bills of amounts in CESMM design, assessing, delicate and contract record creation, report composing, guarantee assessment/exchange, general post agreement organization, valuation of varieties, understanding of new rates, Assuming control Over Testaments and Imperfections Responsibility Endorsements of Agreements connected with framework works.

– Competitor should have broad involvement with FIDIC.

– Experience in Water Foundation Undertakings is compulsory.

– Experience in Dubai District projects is liked.
