Job Description: A summary of what a worker will do in their job.

Job Overview:
Making sure riders in certain areas of a city do their best and helping them get better. Taking charge of rider service quality by checking how well we are doing, identifying any problems, and creating a plan to fix those issues.

What’s on Your Plate.

Keep track of and enhance how well riders perform and follow the rules.
Recruiting main riders for the assigned areas.
Manage a group of Rider Coordinators and/or Rider Captains.
Organize the list of riders by assigning their work shifts, breaks, and days off correctly.
Oversees the schedule for new riders’ training along with the Rider Trainer and Rider Supervisor.
Managing inventory and following rules for using Rider equipment.
Groom rider skills (how they act, look, professionalism, and how they present themselves).
Creating a plan to help low-performing riders do better.
Cut down on complaints from customers about riders.
Watch how each rider is doing and help coach or warn them if needed.
Check how the vehicles look and how the riders behave by visiting them in person.

Requirements

What did we ask for.

Bachelor’s Degree means you’ve finished a four-year college program.
Having 2-3 years of experience in the food or grocery technology field is very important.
Skilled in using Google tools like Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Forms.
Good at talking and writing clearly. You need to know English and Urdu. Knowing Arabic is an advantage.
An influencer is someone who has good skills in talking to people and presenting ideas, especially when it comes to making deals.
People management skills: Experience in leading larger groups of people.
