Job Description: This is a summary of what the job involves and what tasks the worker will need to do.
Work together with other departments like Marketing, Operations, and Finance for anything related to sales.
Be the first person to help when partner restaurants have questions or problems. Answer their calls and emails quickly if the Sales Representatives are not available, and then pass the issue to the right Sales Representative.
Post and refresh restaurant details online quickly.
In charge of getting the system ready for new partners and helping them with training and any system problems from the vendor or partner side.
Check on the restaurants that have closed and keep their information up to date.
Gathering and recording restaurant contracts and changes, organizing restaurant contracts, and keeping track of other sales information.
Make reports for contract deliveries and pick-ups regularly.
Keep track of the restaurant’s quality, maintain good relationships with partners, and solve problems that come up between partner restaurants and their customers.
Make reports for partner restaurants about how to send information, help set up and change GPRS printers, and teach restaurant and call center staff how to use the transmission system (GPRS and Pigeon software).
Keep clear records of all sales and potential customer activities, including:
Next steps or actions to take.
Reports on ways to send information.
Report on delivering and picking up contracts: Confirmation that new restaurants have received and delivered the contract.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a related subject.
MS Office and Excel Certification.
You must live in Abu Dhabi.
Understanding of CRM
Skills in giving presentations, talking and writing to others, helping customers, solving problems, and negotiating.
Can finish tasks on time and adapt to changes in work.
Skill to make good connections with clients.
