Roles & Responsibilities

– Providing remote support for our customers (Microsoft OS)
– Working through tickets on our Salesforce CRM system
– Answering inbound support calls
– Ensuring systems are secure and updated
– Resolving Windows 7/10/11 and Mac OS software issues
– Resolving issues with connected devices, printers, scanners etc
– Maintaining and monitoring customers network and backup using the RMM
– Providing excellent customer service
– Working to SLA’s
Desired Candidate Profile

– Fluent English – Verbal and written
– 2+ years experience in IT support is essential
– Great communicator and the ability to provide excellent customer service
– Familiar with Windows operating systems; Windows 7,8,10,11 Windows Server 2003-2019 and Mac OS Big Sur/ Montreal
– Experience with networking (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP etc)
– Understanding of Office 365, Sharepoint, OneDrive and Google applications
– Local and Cloud Backup solutions
