As a Thai-speaking call center agent, you will be important in helping our Thai-speaking customers and giving them great service. Your main job will be to take and make phone calls, help customers with their questions, fix problems, and make sure customers are happy.

Main Duties:

Answer customer questions and give correct information.
Answer and make phone calls politely and professionally.
Quickly solve customer problems and get help with difficult cases when necessary.
Stay informed about products, services, and company rules.
Record and keep track of your communications and transactions with our CRM system.
Meet performance targets and help the team reach its goals.
