Process all transactions in a timely and correct manner, including audits, checks, and any necessary reconciliations for bill settlement related to corporate charges and costs. You should also provide any applicable documents. When necessary, offer complete assistance with the upkeep, issuance, and monitoring of supplies, as well as with the use of basic fixtures, fittings, and facilities to guarantee safe operation. Additional pursuits might be: For new hires in grades 1-4, conduct briefings and inductions/training as needed. Assemble the induction materials and maintenance-related equipment needed for training sessions and briefings. Provide productivity analysis and/or statistical recommendations for enhancements. Assign duties to employees and inform them of any new procedures or processes. Particular Job Responsibilities: EFTA Renew material passes and airside passes for guests and EFTA maintenance personnel as needed. Help with the upkeep and administration of the tracking systems and EFTA databases utilized by the maintenance division. Keep track of and document any modifications to the technical data utilized by the EFTA maintenance department, and share it with interested parties as needed. Manage the technical library’s and the aircraft records storage’s content. Particular Job Responsibilities: Pilot Training First point of contact for all guests visiting Flight Training facilities; responsible for promptly and politely responding to all requests in accordance with departmental guidelines. Make sure that flight training facilities are kept up to code, as indicated by reports via email alerts or electronic feedback systems. If necessary, work with the pertinent teams or outside suppliers to resolve concerns within the allotted time frames for approval. As instructed and necessary, accurately issue letters and certificates and continue e-filing in designated systems. Particular Job Responsibilities: Provision of Services reviews access to Crew Pulse and the Cabin Crew Portal every two years. timely management and publication of content on KiS, Portal, and Pulse in accordance with KPP Governance and SLA. updating the internal systems with the Cabin Crew leave assignment in accordance with departmental policies and permissions. supporting and answering any questions on leaves of absence
