Warehouse and Logistics Junior Assistant – Engineering

Roles and Duties

In this job, you will:
– Do daily tasks in the Warehouse and Logistics for your assigned area, such as receiving goods, main storage, smaller storage areas, tool storage, maintenance storage, support for other locations, and distributing spare parts. Tasks include picking items, packing them, sorting them, putting them on shelves, moving them around, and getting things ready to load.
– Help Assistants and Senior Assistants carry out Warehouse and Logistics tasks quickly and well to meet customer service goals and team targets.
Always follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and the Engineering Procedure Manual (EPM) while keeping safety rules in mind to make sure everything is done correctly.
– Use material handling equipment (like forklifts) and perform tasks with handheld devices for warehouse and logistics work as needed.
“Qualifications” refers to the skills, education, or experience a person has that make them suitable for a job or task.
10 years of school or something similar
At least 1 year of work experience in a warehouse and logistics role.
What you know or what you can do.
– Simple English skills and being physically fit.
Having a valid UAE driver’s license or Airside Driving Permit (ADP) would be a plus.
