complete job description In order to keep everything running smoothly and on schedule, the administrative assistant/project coordinator supports project teams and assists with everyday office responsibilities. Primary Accountabilities: Tasks Related to Administration: Organize appointments, timetables, and correspondence (phone calls, emails). Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation. Organize office supplies and assist with regular office requirements. Project Assistance: Assist in planning and monitoring projects to ensure they are completed on time. Organize project-related gatherings and activities. Revise project schedules and update all stakeholders on developments. Overall Group Assistance: Help the team out by arranging meetings and making travel plans. Maintain current and well-organized project files. Competencies & Background: strong aptitude for organizing. good oral and writing communication abilities. a basic understanding of Word, Excel, and Outlook in Microsoft Office. While not necessary, prior administrative or project support experience is beneficial. Furniture industry experience is desirable. Education & Experience: Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Preferred is some prior experience in administrative or coordinating roles.
