Job Title – Patient Coordinator

We are looking for a friendly and well-groomed Patient Experience Coordinator to be part of the Nova Clinic wellness and aesthetics team. As the main person our patients talk to, you will help make sure they have a great experience both before and after their appointments.

Main Duties:

Take care of talking to patients, including checking in with them before and after their visits.
Collect and listen to what patients say to make their experience better, encourage them to come back, and get good reviews.
Greet and help patients when they come to the clinic.
Listen to and fix patient problems kindly and professionally.
Watch over the patient’s journey from when they arrive to when they leave, making sure they receive great care and service.
Abilities or talents:

Great at talking and getting along with others.
Can handle several tasks quickly in a busy setting.
Good at solving problems and really care about helping patients.
Knowing about the clinic and the services we provide.
