Roles & Duties
We are looking for a motivated person who is good at organizing and handling daily accounting tasks. This person will work as both an Accountant and an Administrative Assistant. You must be able to speak Arabic well. The job is to help management by looking at financial information, creating financial reports, and making sure all financial deadlines are met. As a key part of our finance team, you will help keep track of money, improve our financial methods, and put good financial practices into action in a busy and changing workplace.
Main Duties:
Record money transactions by typing in account details.
Gather information to understand the current money situation; make a balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports.
Keep track of money by creating and suggesting rules and steps to follow.
Fix money differences by gathering and checking account details.
Keep financial information safe by making backup copies of the database.
Check, assign, record, and match transactions.
Create accurate accounting reports and share the results with management.
Help with tax checks and filling out tax forms.
Sort physical and digital files so they are easy to find.
Handling letters and organizing the office.
Carry out internal checks to make sure rules are being followed.
Create and write down business steps and accounting rules to keep and improve internal controls.
Candidate Profile Wanted
Needs:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar subject.
More than 3 years of work experience as an accountant.
Great at talking with others and keeping things organized.
Good at using Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
Skill to do many things at once and choose what is most important.
