Set of working responsibilities

Jobs and Obligations

1. Will be liable for pre welding Fit up investigation, During Welding. Post Weld Visual Review and In general Aspect Assessment and report planning.

2. Will be capable to get ready and keep up with records for meeting the prerequisites of En-1090-2 and AWS D1.1.

3. Will be answerable for approaching assessment and testing of welding Consumable like Welding Anodes, Motion, Gas and so on.

4. Will be liable for Adjustment of all the Welding machines of Organization in Creation shop and site.

5. Dependable to get ready WPS and PQR.

6. Capable to carry out welding according to endorsed WPS-PQR in manufacturing plant and site.

7. Will arrange for NDT with TPI and witness NDT according to project necessity.

8. Will be dependable to finish welding and NDT examination according to Supported ITP.

9. Will audit the NDT Reports according to the undertaking necessity.

10. Answerable for Finishing QC records according to ITP.

11. Will be answerable for Outsider and Client assessment.

12. Will be dependable to give Preparing to Welders/Boss in production line and site for merchandise welding practice.

13. Answerable for Amendment, Restorative activities, and conclusion of NCRs.

14. Will be answerable for planning weld Reviews

15. Will do revamp information investigation and adjust cost examination.

Wanted Up-and-comer Profile

Instructive and Specialized Capability:

BE/B Tech on Mechanical Designing

CSWIP 3.1 or AWS CWI

Experience:

Least 10 years of involvement with steel manufacture field
