About Us:
Udrive is the first company in the Middle East to offer car sharing. Our service lets you rent cars for a short time, and you can see all our cars using our Smartphone App. We are approved by Dubai RTA and offer a solution to help with more people needing cars, rising energy prices, and not having enough parking spaces. Our goal is to lessen the problems caused by owning private cars.
About the Job:
You will make and receive calls, helping customers with their needs, complaints, and service problems. By helping quickly, providing answers, and really listening, you will make sure customers feel cared for and important. You will be responsible for problems, make sure they get solved, and use the tools you need. Your aim is to reach or surpass call center goals while giving great service. Also, you will write down call details and let your managers know if you notice any patterns.
Main tasks:
Making and answering phone calls to help customers with their needs, complaints, or other problems about the service.
Helping customers quickly and correctly, offering solutions, and making sure they feel cared for and important.
Listening carefully to callers, checking or explaining information, and calming upset customers when necessary.
Take responsibility for customer problems and make sure they get solved.
Using software, databases, scripts, and tools correctly.
Knowing and trying to meet or do better than call center goals while giving great and steady customer service.
Write down all call details following the usual rules.
Notice, write down, and inform the management team about patterns in customer calls.
Skills:
Experience with technology, like helpdesk ticketing systems, reporting systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, is a plus.
Can handle stress and be flexible.
Working well with others
People skills.
Strong skills in selling and negotiating.
Creative thinking and strong emotional intelligence.
Determination and a positive mindset.
Needs:
A degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing is preferred but not necessary.
Having experience in the transportation industry is very useful.
You need to be able to read, write, and speak well in both Arabic and English.
Knowing all the RTA rules and regulations is an advantage.
You need to have 1 year of experience working in a call center or helping customers.
Must be able to work different shifts.
