Handle and fix customer problems.

Change the information of current customers.
Handle orders, forms, and applications.
Find and report important problems.
Send calls to the right person or place.
Make additional calls to customers when needed.
Write down all call details following the usual rules.
Finish the call records.
Call companies or people on the phone.
Keep customer and potential customer information organized.
